Only .4 lbs down today.  Now yesterday was a chicken day and I lost less still from previous days…however to that point I had honey dijon salad dressing and there was some Parmesan on the salad at lunch but it didn’t slow my progress before ALSO I didn’t get in all my calories yesterday.  I am sure that is what had more to do with my .4 loss yesterday.  So watching calories a little closer today and see if there is a bigger loss tomorrow.
