Garlic Chicken

3.5 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast
Dehydrated onion flakes
4 garlic cloves, whole and unpeeled
Juice of ½ lemon

Place chicken in a small, oven safe pan. Cover with lemon juice, onion
flakes, salt and pepper, and place whole garlic cloves around and on
top of chicken. Cover tightly with either a lid or aluminum foil, bake
at 350 degrees until chicken is cooked through (30-45 minutes).

Makes 1 serving. Each serving is 116 calories
(1 protein, ½ lemon juice)
